Join us at the 2024 Fatherhood Summit as we address the critical concept of the "Man Box," a term coined by Paul Kivel in Men's Work: How to Stop the Violence That Tears Our Lives Apart and expanded by Tony Porter in A Call to Men. The "Man Box" describes the societal pressures men face to conform to rigid gender norms, such as being self-sufficient, tough, physically attractive, and aggressive. These pressures often lead to harmful behaviors and attitudes.
